* During the pre-registration procedure, Residents/Students will be required to upload a document proving their status.

Online pre-registrations should be submitted before May 15, 2025.
Registration fees include: badge, attendance certificate and any catering services included in the program.

Payment of the registration fee can be done as follows:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Moneta)

A 50% refund of the registration fee will be paid ONLY for cancellations notified in writing before May 16, 2025.

No refund is due for later cancellations.

The invoice will be sent to the address entered during registration at www.iwinideal.com.

Receipt of the invoice will confirm registration.
